As in many other cities in the world, in Buenos Aires we breathe pollutants generated by the use of petroleum derivatives, such as diesel released by buses and trucks. We cannot allow this type of energy to continue to affect the health of citizens.

In order to solve it we can do this...

  • We can use public transportation instead of our own cars.  Thus, a bus that carries an average of 50 people, compared to the real occupation of cars, which is 1.2 people. People can share their car if they go to the same place (Car-pooling).

  • We can go on foot or by bike. Move your legs whenever you can, walking does not pollute the environment, also with a walk of half an hour a day you do a lot of exercise and you will be in good shape

  • People should get their cars checked and fixed.

  • Reduce the size and power of your car, the largest and most powerful cars consume 50% more than the smallest.

  • The most efficient are the electric ones,  the plug-in hybrid. All cars of any category have an A-F label indicating their energy efficiency that can help you.
